Review the following details before commissioning a Customized Creation.
- You and Your Designer must have an understanding of your desired Creation based upon the Custom Creation Questionnaire.
- When there is agreement to what you want, then an Agreement Order Form with the information that was decided upon will be emailed to you. Click to view Agreement.
- You will then return the Agreement and a deposit (half of the cost). If you are not satisfied with your Creation, you can return it for you money back, minus the deposit and shipping.
- Then depending on the amount of projects Your Designer has and your time limit, we give you an estimate to when your Creation may be ready. Depending on the complexity, most pieces are shipped out within 5-7 business days.
- The project will not begin until the Agreement is signed. So both parties are in agreement and there is no question of the price.
- If you have a designated price range, then I can discuss with you what I can create in that price range. I want to work with each customer to meet their needs.
- The cost of the Creation is based on the amount of time and detail that would go into the piece(s).
Warranty / Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
All products are covered under warranty for a minimum of 30 days, LovePetz, LLC, will handle defects and repairs on your behalf within the warranty period.
Return Policy
All custom-made products are refundable less deposit and shipping. Stock items can be returned within 14 days if they were not used and are in perfect condition. Stock items that have been used must be returned within 14 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Cancellation Policy on Custom Items
LovePetz, LLC handles cancellation requests on a case by case basis. Any order that is cancelled after artwork services have begun is subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed.
